We’ve been talking about the four pages that are important to have on your website but for me, the number one page that is on your website is your “Contact Us” form or page. Most people say it’s your sales page but if people can’t contact you, they’re not going to engage with you and they’re certainly not going to buy from you if they can’t get their questions answered. So we discussed last week about how we need to have a “Contact Us” page and we will look at some of the software you can use for “Contact Us”. Let’s make it simple and say remember to have your email address; to have your address; to have your phone number and to have a form on your page that says “Contact us” just because everybody expects a Contact Us page to have all this information.
