On today’s show, i look at the difference between traditional selling and customer focused selling. Previously, it was all about making a razzle dazzle presentation and power sell to get the customer to buy. Now whether it is in person or on the phone, it is all about getting to know the customer’s needs and wants and then make sure your solution will be the answer. Making the presentation on why your solution is going to help the customer and it being a “no-brainer” to close the sale. Unlike the traditional sales, with the customer focused selling, the followup to see whether customer needs any thing more or is pleased with the sale is very important to create a long term relationship with the customer.
